If you’ve been reading my blog – or following me on 3F1F8A41-B22B-47AC-8531-B9CB89976F13social media – I’m sure you’ve heard that I’m originally from Florida and had recently been living in San Diego before moving to NorCal.

Which means I am a big ol baby when it comes to the cold. So thank goodness for BUFF® and their tech fleece headband!! I jumped so quickly at the chance to check it out and see just how great it would be at keep me toasty.

The verdict — I LOVE IT! Not only is it super warm, because fleece, but it stays put, even on my long runs! Even when I would pick up the pace and start sweating, it still kept me warm and it dried quickly, which is an absolute must in chillier weather. I tested it in high 30s and low 40s, but it’ll keep your ears cozy in even colder weather, which is great because I am moving to Mammoth Lakes (temporarily) this weekend and apparently it snows there, lol. But in all honesty, my favorite thing about the BUFF® headband, it is so cute and I am obsessed with the color. I’m rocking the Northern Lights and it’s dreamy!

If you’re a cold weather runner you’ve got to try this headband, and check out the rest of the BUFF® website, they have EVERYTHING you could need to keep warm!
