I have been seeing women on my Instagram feed rave about Handful bras for years, so when I had the opportunity to try one out for myself I totally jumped on it! From the second it arrived I was impressed by the quality. It has a soft COOLMAX lining, which is beyond comfy. Removable pads, which are key for me, I always yank those suckers right IMG_3556out, lol. The mesh makes it really breathable, which for a woman who sweats like me is very important. And lastly, it’s absurdly cute, like colorful and happy and beautiful! Which I need sometimes to entice me into actually starting my workouts once I get dressed for them.

The sizing is the same as your T-shirt size, which I was a little skeptical about to be honest. I wear a size small shirt, but my regular day to day bras are 32DD, so I don’t generally consider that small, haha. But I took a chance and it fits great! It has extra clasps inside (under the zipper) to help hold everything in place, and it also helps protect against uniboob, which I tend to get in some sports bras.

20E7F9E0-A46D-448F-9856-E5024B98B28DI did mostly cross training in it, a lot of yoga, which I am trying to pick up while in LA. And some cycling, both in cycling class and outside on my real bikes. It held up great! And it held everything in great, lol.

But my favorite thing about it – it’s so comfortable to actually wear – I found myself wearing it even when I had no workout planned. Just to walk around the neighborhood, or go grab coffee, and even under my fancy clothes for work one day.
